  Design a self-driving shelter capable of rapidly deploying to vulnerable areas before or during hurricanes, providing essential refuge and resources to affected communities.

Due to the projected worsening of hurricanes in the next 50 years, including increased intensity, rainfall, and rapid intensification, because of climate change it is important to create a proactive solution that offers safe haven to populations at risk from increasingly severe storms.
